The year 2020 was supposed to be an important year for Envol et Macadam, it was going to mark our organization’s 25 years of existence.
However, given the current global situation caused by COVID-19, we have decided not to hold our festival next September.
We drew up a plan which allowed us to present a special edition, adapted to public health requirements, but the maximum capacity allowed for outdoor events does not enable us to present the Envol et Macadam Festival. The current measures that we would have to respect do not permit us to offer our 25th edition while maintaining our identity, our authenticity, at the same time as the safety of our audience, artists and employees.
We have tried everything to celebrate this long-awaited weekend with you in September, but unfortunately, we are forced to postpone the festivities until 2021.
Envol et Macadam’s team wishes you a happy end of summer, and we will see you next year!
