Québec, March 5, 2026 — The Planetrox project officially announces the launch of registrations for its 2026 European edition. This initiative aims to discover and elevate the best emerging Rock / Punk / Metal / Hardcore artists from across Europe by offering them a unique international showcase.
Through a renewed collaboration with Rock for People, four finalist bands will have the opportunity to perform on June 10, 2026, in Hradec Králové (Park 360), Czech Republic, as part of one of Central Europe’s largest rock and alternative music gatherings.
The 2026 edition of the festival is set to be exceptional, featuring a lineup that includes Gorillaz, Iron Maiden, Bring Me The Horizon, Megadeth, Halsey, Limp Bizkit and many other major international acts. Performing in such a high-profile environment represents a strategic opportunity for emerging bands to gain exposure in front of an international audience as well as key players from the European music industry.
The winning band of Planetrox Europe 2026 will then be invited to perform in Québec City at Envol et Macadam, taking place in September 2026. This transatlantic bridge lies at the very heart of the project: building lasting connections between the European and North American music scenes.
Interested bands must complete their online registration no later than March 28, 2026 at midnight (EDT).
