OUR DARKEST DAYS

Our Darkest Days is a Canadian melodic skatepunk band formed in Quebec City in 2012, by vocalist Vince Fournier, guitarists Danny Greene and Russ Almond and drummer Matt Leclerc. Bassist Jam Gosselin joined the band the following year. All members have been playing punk rock for more than 20 years and still keep the flame stronger than ever.

Our Darkest Days have defined a unique and original sound that stands out among many other punk rock bands. However, their musical influences are still inspired by 90’s punk rock bands such as Ignite, Propagandhi, Lagwagon, Strung Out, etc. However, Our Darkest Days can be compared to more modern bands such as The Human Project, Adrenalized, Mute, Darko, etc.

The band’s first demo was released in 2013, followed by the split Length Doesn’t Matter in the fall of 2014 with Set It Back and then the full length debut album A Common Agony in 2016 on the American label Bird Attack Records.

After several shows and tours from 2016 to 2018, Sebastien Ladouceur takes over the lead guitar, and in late 2019 Sean Connors replaces Guillaume Fortin on drums. During this period, Montreal-based independent label Thousand Islands Records announced the addition of Our Darkest Days to their label and the announcement of a new album
